Our Ethos

Our Ethos

We strongly believe that patients get the most benefit when all health professionals work together as a team.

It is for this reason that it has always been our policy to work closely with our surgical and medical colleagues and appropriate specialists of all kinds, especially the orthopaedic and neurosurgical consultants, the rheumatologists, local general practitioners, other physiotherapists, podiatrists, and selected fitness trainers. For this reason, we work closely with the Midland Orthopaedic Practice, which includes The Midland Hip Centre, The Birmingham Knee, and Shoulder Clinic, The Birmingham Spinal Clinic, The Foot and Ankle Clinic, The Hand and Upper Limb Clinic, and also the well-known McMinn Centre.

Finally, we always take a holistic approach to our patients, seeing them not just as local injuries or illnesses but as whole individuals in the context of their personal, social, occupational and recreational lives.
